Running into the Weekend

Helllllloooo Weekend!

Fridays got me like (insert salsa emoji here) because we’re cruising on into to the weekend, hay!

I love Casual friday’s – sneakers, no makeup, just lipstick and glasses! I’m taking full advantage of this athleisure trend and riding it all the way into the weekend like it’s going out of style (which I hope it never does).

Heels are great and all, but by the end of the week I want to be in flats! I’ve been living in these slides all for the past few weeks like #dayumdaniel (is that still a thing?) – pairing them with skirt and a classic trench are a great way to mix your girly and sporty pieces with perfection.

Speaking of a classic trench, it’s the one thing you need to take your wardrobe from Winter to Spring! Layer it over a sweater (like me) for cooler days, or drape it over your sleeveless dress for a day to night look when things heat up! My best tip for weekend style is to go hands free this pretty little red backpack has been my bestie since Fall, I toted it with me to Disneyland, Utah, all over NYC and everywhere in between and it hasn’t failed me yet!
