tulle town
after taking a few weeks off to manage my move to nyc,
i’m finally back to blogging! && today we take a twirl in tulle.
sequins && tulle can make a girl feel like a queen,
but today i took a new take on twirl && gave it a casual twist.
when pairing two statement pieces or even mixing patterns, use black (or a neutral) to break it up and keep the look for going over the top.

also try mixing your mediums! this look started out girlie, but the menswear inspired vest && casually chic boots give it some unexpected edge.
shirt: j.crew // skirt: h&m (love this one from ktr, she will be back to selling soon) // belt: kate spade // tuxedo vest: halogen (love this one) // boots: shoegasm (my new favorite) // black tights // bag: kate spade (outlet find) // ring: kate spade // arm party: sequin // kate spade idioms // vintage // kate spade charm bracelet // j.crew // sequin
before you go…

now you can view all my past outfits in one location:
thanks again for giving me a break during my move!
&& stay tuned: apartment && nyc pictures still to come.
