Sporty Courty

It’s very rare that Casual Courtney makes an appearance in real life, let alone on the blog. But with sporty spring styles being so on trend this season, I had to test them out. I feel so in love that, Casual Courtney has started to become my go-to weekend style. Paris isn’t used to seeing me so casual and is still surprised when I pick sneakers over stilettos, and calls me Sporty Courty – hence the name of this post thanks, Paris!

A few weekends ago I invested in some new Nikes, not for work out purposes (let’s be honest, I haven’t been to the gym once this year #ShoppingIsMyCardio!) but for weekend wear! I have to tell you, I’ve been wearing them non-stop: with my boyfriend jeans, with full skirts, even with twirl-worthy dresses (see how I wore them with a kate spade dress to waffles bday party)! 

How amazing are these pictures? I had such a blast shooting with Pratik! It was so easy and fun! I’m a bit of a spaz in front of the camera, doing a million poses a minute so sometimes it’s hard to get into a grove when you’re shooting with someone for the first time. Not with Pratik! He immediately made me feel comfortable, confident and shot like a pro. I can’t wait to team up with him again.
