Green, Orange,
Coral X Green
Hey cuties! Today is our final coral look (yay) and I’m showcasing a fun color combo I explored during our month: coral x green.
So coral and green work because of their places on the color wheel, coral, or well orange is a secondary color just like green; and it’s place opposite of green makes them quite compatible. I talk about this all the time, but the same goes for blue and yellow, purple and green, orange and blue, red and green – all fail safe color combos because of where they are located in proximity to each other.
So these two looks use coral and green in bright, bold and unexpected ways. I give a power suit a colorful twist with flared sleeves, bell bottoms and bright stripes. I dress up a polka dot midi skirt with coral pops like a pointed pump and colorful fur. You might not have noticed, but I’m actually wearing the same top in both looks just in two different ways.
