Charmed, I’m Sure

I’m a big fan of charm bracelets, they can be used to tell a story in more ways than one. Growing up I had one that I collected, and when I decided I wanted to move to New York one day, and London after that my mom bought me the cutest London and New York charm bracelets that I wore together with 7 other bracelets bc I’M EXTRA. My mom has bought me a lot of fun gifts over the years but that was one that really stood out to me. Charm bracelets had always been some way I documented where I been, but this one documented where I was going. When I moved to New York 6 years ago I wore that bracelet on the fight and documented it on my tragic instagram account, really it was a personal page back then and straight garbage… but the photo still exists today to showcase (again) where I had been and where I was going.

I think everyone should have a charm bracelet, so I’m really excited to partner with Kendra Scott to share her new Charm collection. For this look I choose to double up everything in a jewelry piece thats just as extra as I am (yes) without being too over the top. I don’t wear much jewelry anymore (I think I have a little PTSD from my 7 bangle days) so I like my pieces to make a statement without being too heavy or too distracting. This look does just that!

I took the bangle option and opted for a double dose of tassels, one small and one large for a unique statement piece that doesn’t require me to wear much else in the jewelry department.
