What’s better than a denim jacket? A denim jacket with a little pizzaz that’s what!

I am all about clothing with a little (okay, a lot) of personality because I want what I wear to make a statement!  

I recently fell in love with this patchwork denim number by  Michaela Buerger and thought it was just perfect for Summer. I get cold really easily, so from May to September I pretty much wear or bring a denim jacket with me everywhere I go. I have a few styles from a cute cropped version, to an over sized boyfriend one but had yet to find one that really screams  Summer quite like this cutie!

I know some people make fun of the Canadian Tuxedo but I love the look of denim on denim, especially when it’s a party up top with a fun patchwork jacket! I kept the party going throughout the whole look with a bold lip, stripe tee and a fun watermelon bag!
