Reddy Set Go!

And we’re off….

Who’s Reddy for Spring? This girl! Although to be honest, with the exception of FW we haven’t had much of a winter – it’s been remarkably warm, so most days I can get away with a coat, dress and boot combo, like this one I’m sharing today!

For today’s look were speeding into Spring and tackling that in between time where it’s Spring-ish by day and closer to Winter by night! Right now, we’re living that in NYC where most days are 45/50, too warm for full blown winter gear but a little too chilly for flats and a trench! You can dare to go bare legged, or brace yourself for this fickle weather with a warm-ish wool coat and OTK boots! My choice, really depends on the day (and my mood) but for this look I chose to pair Spring staples like my new blue dress with my favorite red coat & Over The Knee from Winter before I have to put them away for a while.

As you know (because I tell you like all the time) primary colors make for great color combos – It’s like color pairing 101! So blue and red are always great together, making your job as color master easy as 1, 2, 3! For this look, I gave this go-to combo a sporty make over by adding racing stripes to the mix, while keeping the hues neutralized with pops of white and grey with my shoes and bag!

Oh and can we have a moment of silence for the strap on this bag? Color me obsessed! With Saddle bags being literally everywhere right now, I that that this one gives it a sporty twist with a pop of color in the strap! To sweeten the deal, this saddle bag comes in a few different colors with other sporty strap options – I think it just might be my new favorite style this season!
