Dare to be Blair
Fall 2007 was a year/season that changed my life forever (and no, I’m not being dramatic at all). I started applying for colleges, planning our high school homecoming, obsessing over getting a perfect score on the SAT’s and dreaming of New York… but most importantly, I was introduced to the scandalous lives of manhattan’s elite and my TV bestie and life long style inspiration, Blair Waldorf.Blair is a big fan of Miss Audrey Hepburn and even had an Holly Go-lightley trench coat moment chasing Chuck in the rain (P.S. if B&C aren’t the ultimate power couple, who is?!). Since she is also no stranger to stripes, bows or preppy-knee highs, I combined all three of these blair-approved pieces with my signature red lip to create this classic, BW look with a CMC twist 🙂It’s been a while, but this week I’m bringing Blair (and her headbands) back to the blog by featuring three Blair-esque looks to get you inspired by the Queen B! Plus I’ll be teaming up with The Trendy Sparrow to give away three awesome Blair Inspired prints with a new way to win each day.
